We may collect personal data from and about you through certain Versant sites, apps, and other online services for “targeted advertising,” “selling,” or “sharing,” as defined by applicable privacy laws.  Some states provide residents (or their authorized agents) with the right to opt out of these practices. See the “Your Rights” section of our Privacy Policy for more info.

If you reside in one of these states (or are an authorized agent), you may be able to opt out of targeted advertising, selling, or sharing, occurring on certain Versant sites, apps, and services by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer or app settings menu and following the instructions.  Your choice through the Your Privacy Choices link is specific to the site, app, or service where you accessed it.  If you access other Verant sites and services, you will need to opt out for each. Also, if you clear your cookies or use another browser or device, you will need to opt out again.  You can change your choice any time.

You may also enable where available and provided for under applicable privacy laws, a universal tool that automatically communicates your opt-out preference, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). If detected, we will process your GPC signal as if you had opted out through the Your Privacy Choices link.

In addition to the Your Privacy Choices link, consumers who reside in relevant states should also access and complete our “Opt-Out Form” (accessible here).  You should complete this form even if you have made an election through the Your Privacy Choices link.  Doing so will enable us to apply your opt out of selling, sharing, or targeted advertising more broadly than the specific site or app (e.g., we will be able to stop sharing your email with third parties in order to target you with advertising on other sites and services, such as social media platforms).

If you opt out, you may continue to see advertising, including ads that may be based on personal information processed before you opted out or that is based solely on information you provided directly to us.
